PRAXIS and SS Midterm

Well, I am glad to report that I officially have passed 3 Praxis tests and am waiting on the results from Reading Across the Curriculum! I am so stoked that I possibly only have one more to take! Not only is it nice to pass them, but it is almost like a confidence booster! SO if I fail reading across the curriculum... at least I have one more chance to take it... in NOVEMBER right before Hannah makes her way into the world... Boy that would be a fun test... sitting for two hours incredibly uncomfortable... and COLD like usual!

As for the social studies midterm-- I thought it was clever! It gets us in our book, it gets us applying what we have learned... and its creative... it's definitely not absorbing history! I love it. However, creating that thing was really tricky! I created it in word and it took FOREVER... but I knew if I did it on a sheet of paper, I would have had a hard time trying to balance everything... GOOD LUCK on the Praxis everyone!
