The Critical Voice

Finding your critical voice is imperative in all aspects of life. I personally feel that everyone deserves to be treated fairly and equally. By being an advocate for your students, you allow them to find a voice for themselves. Obviously, to treat everyone fairly, you must be of sound mind and practice tact when advocating for your students.
